“I'd like to share how you played a role in my own mindfulness journey. I've had a dog for two years, but only recently I've been applying directed mindfulness to my walk with my dog. Through your questionnaire I reaffirmed that this is a powerful practice for me. In one of those coincidences that shapes us when we're open to it, a coworker had a puppy in need of walking at the edge of the auditorium after your talk, and having meditated on your talk I was in the mood for more mindfulness, so I took the puppy for a walk...Thank you for your talk, that minute of meditation and your questionnaire set me on the right path for discovery of myself and the world around me. It's important to show gratitude to those who help us along the path, and so you have mine.” -Ryan S., Software Engineer, Square Space
