Our coaching services all of your stress management needs. We mindfully join alongside clients in a nurturing and compassionate pursuit of each person’s own personal best stress-reduction tools. Hundreds of participants have found this welcoming approach vital to reclaiming their hectic lives.
“I Don't Have Time For This!”
This is the most common complaint we hear from clients about taking time for stress management. In light of this, we offer clients mindful assistance to allay their concerns. Our proprietary body-scan practices often help clients in this regard. Then, clients are gradually led outside of their comfort zones to unleash their inner sense of peace through intrinsic motivation.
We use an original, time-tested algorithm to identify and address clients’ strengths and weaknesses with respect to stress management. Additionally, clients are invited to critique their sessions on a regular basis. This empowers us to instantaneously adjust the stress management skills being reinforced.
